I think so...They just got caught way too quick, and it wasent bloody enough, you know? on a serial killer scale of 1 to 10, sniping from a distance gets a 3 in terms of gore, where as you look at a al bundy or some other white serial killer, and there is no contest

The sniper does get a 9 though for originality, thats for sure. A team of a black guy and a white guy would make the ultimate serial killing team im thinking.

John Wayne Gasey, Jeffery Dahmer, Ted Bundy...... long long list. The only other black serial killer I can remember was the one in Atlanta killing black teen boys in the mid/late 70's.
