    About Partially INstalled OS's

    Hey all, this morning I tried upgrading from Windows ME to XP PRo, but for some reason my PC just don't want to install it, I tried everything.

    Now im left up with 1 partial install how do I remove that crap?
    I mean at the beggining it ask me what OS I want ME or XP PRO, but XP obviously doesn't work..

    so how can I remove that from there?

    Anyways knows?

      Can't as far as i know. Have to do a clean install. You really don't want to ME though.

          98SE, you'd be far better off.

          it's most likely fucked, reinstall.

                      I tried clean installing it , but no fuck it.
                      So I installed in my other PC and it went well.


                      Now I just need to know how to get rid of the partial install I have in the other PC... is really disturbing because I always have to choose the 2nd option which was my originally installed OS, otherwise in 5-6 seconds it automatically tries to load XP and since it was not installed correctly it just gives me an error message saying I have to reboot.

                              go to DOS and delete all the shit from the root.

                              Fdisk, format etc....
