Let me tell You this. When I started 3 or 4 years ago I read some of Huns posts on forums and read what he says on his own site and my view about him was TOTALLY the same as Yours : "Wow! What a great guy!" Untill I started to notice on boards and got various webmasters notes passed to me through my work , that the guy is not really honest so to say. What he says is not exactly what he always does. Just like this situation today.

And then I understood also that there's nothing strange that among big players or middle players quite a lot of people dislike TGPs, without saying it on public of course because since most of traffic is on TGPs now it's a bad idea to have a conflict with them.
But they do dislike them because TGPs really hurted this biz a great deal.

Look, You cant offer something for free which is being sold in real world. Know why? Because in every biz there's a cost of what You sell. If You sell rocks for example or cars or whatever, You got to pay something for them Yourself dont You? Buy them or create them but spend money on it nevertheless.

Well TGP's have used the lack of law in the internet to bypass this simple biz. law. Because they dont buy content. They dont pay even for bandwidth.

If the normal law in the internet WAS working then most of TGP's wont work because at least 50% of what's posted there is either stolen or not licensed good enough to be posted on TGPs.

What this leads to is that it's profitable enough to mantain the TGP as long as the only money You invest is mantainance money.

IT DOESNT MATTER THAT THE AMOUNT OF CONTENT USED ON A TGP MAKES THE TGP OWNER 100 TIMES LESS THAN THE SAME AMOUNT USUALLY MAKES THE PAYSITE OWNER BECAUSE TGP DOESNT PAY FOR CONTENT.

That's what REALLY is fucking someone for a dime as Hun called it.

Because if someone gets for FREE what they payed for they wont pay for it any longer of course and people who pay for creating the content have to pay less to mantain their profitability , in the long run it hurts whole of the industry. It hurts You too , 49th Parallel, think of that when one of You sponsors fucks You because he wants to earn as much money as he did years ago or when a content producer asks MORE money for a single shitty set just because he has too to mantain his business profitable becaue no one is buying content that good as it was before.

However it is not important if You do understand this or not, even if the whole net will understand this - nothing will change. Why? Because this is the nature of people. Public opinion doesnt really change much. Revolutions luckily dont happen just because people understand that something is wrong. TGPs occupied their place long time ago and noone is able to change it.

Unless...

Why doesnt it happen so in the real life? Why if wolves eat rabbits in the forest rabbits still exist? Because rabbits fuck too fast. And because wolves also have their natural enemies.

Why if SPAM is such a good way to sell porn everyone is not doing it, like they were doint it for example 5 or how many years ago? Because there are antispam organizations now. Internet just as any society or nature has means of automatical self controlling
from extreme situations. For example spam is obviously too extreme therefore it gets controlled.

TGPs are too extreme, they fuck people for a dime. But there's a natural biz. law being broken and that cant go forever simply because the world works different.

This newly TPGy cheaters may be are just means of net evolution and are just natural enemies of TGPs. Because to fight with them effectively You really either have to host Your galleries yourself and pay for bandwidth or to mantain offices of live checking people with salaries.

Just the same as it was with spam. You could do it sometime, but You couldnt hope to do it forever. Even huge cigarette companies get fucked You know.

By the way, do You think they get fucked because people understand that it's bad to smoke? I doubt it. They probably like anything else out there have their natural enemies and that's it.

That's how I see it.

So I DONT support TGP killer in what's he's doing. I just think that it's natural and I think that I dislike people with double standarts.

The solution I see is.

Or you ask for a retainer of say $500-$1000 that still belongs to the webmaster(he gets it back within the year somehow) he redirects and its goodbye $1000.

What ever happened to just running DDoS scripts? Seems easier than getting listed on TheHun.

What I don't understand is how TheHun shows up as the referrer. From my experience there's no way to redirect traffic and still have the browser send a referer header. I've tried to link to trades from other domains to build up new CJ's and after I got no traffic back I did some data sniffing and saw that there doesn't seem to be a way to do it with hahahahahahahahahaha or even Location: headers.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
