I have to agree with that. I would never fuck with cheaters and try to bring them down because I simply do not have the time to bother about that. If a 16 year old kid can bring yahoo down for a coupl of hours with tools he didn't even code himself, I can only imagine what good programmers can achieve. These people can do a lot of stuff and have a lot of ways to hide their traces. Believe me, the guy did all he could to protect his website, but there was nothing he could do against the attacks. It's not entirely true. It's not impossible to protect - it's just way too expensive.
Look at microsoft.com - they dont go down every day do they? And they are probably target number 1 for most hackers around.
The thing is that there are things out there called DDOSes and it's impossible to be protected against them with people and software only. And hardware which does the trick - costs money and quite a lot. Half way serious stuff can easily cost around 15 000$.
That's why I hate seeing Hun image sourcing people.

This whole fiasco just comes down to Gallery Makers VS Tgp Owners.
I personally find it comical that TGP owners would cry about gallery makers screwing them over a little bit. All TGP's are built on the gallery makers work, and NOBODY can deny that. Yet almost all TGP's implement countless rules designed to decrease gallery sales, and increase main page TGP sales. All at the expense of the gallery maker.Comment

The problem is that everyone acknowledges the need for something to be done about these lowlife cheating webmasters and then when someone with a LOT of traffic and power does do something - everyone is complaining. The Hun seemed to have plenty of proof before starting on this venture that the guy was repeatedly caught redirecting to rape and CP sites. That affects the quality of his site and his bookmarkers.
I have some of my domains hosted at exmasters - well recently I started submitting galleries from one of the domains and got a nice message from Call-Kelly that the whole of my subnet was blacklisted. I wrote to Call-Kelly and the webmaster apologized but said that someone that was also hosted with many many domains at exmasters was repeatedly redirecting traffic to CP and rape sites (sound familiar?) therefore the webmaster of Call-Kelly apologized but said I could submit from my other host. I contacted Exmasters and they said they wanted to know the name of the webmaster - I told them to write to Call-Kelly. Basically you can see that this guy is affecting not only the Hun but all the other big players as well.

You don't have a problem of one person, or two persons, or ten persons... You have thousands of people, who don't like what TGPs doing (giving out free porn), and have already powerful software to redirect traffic... those people not only in Russia, also in other countries. And every new day a lot of new people start redirecting TGP traffic professionally. You can't do anything with thousands of people - this is the problem. TGP killing this business, and there are now a lot of people who are trying to make problems for TGP, and make money from that.

That's hundreds of different servers, hundreds of ISP... Russia, USA, Canada, Europe, and others...
You want hotlink each of them? If such guy redirects Hun's traffic not on the GFY, but on the yahoo.com for example, or better whitehouse.gov ... and these guys see only Hun's refs on their logs... you think they gonna care that Hun is the biggest TGP on the world? I don't think so.
