A woman would just have to be a skinny hottie between say 18-30 years old to wear jeans like that. And skinny hotties are few and far between compared to the overall population. Most average adult American women who aren't porn stars, strippers or models are way too fat to squeeze into sexy jeans like that and you are right, they would look ridiculous with their "curves" bulging out. There is no marketing to young girls. I bet those jeans are expensive and they probably sell most of them to fashion conscious middle and upper class young women who between 18-30 years of age who wear them out in night clubs and that kind of venue.
