Are CCBill Fees really split?

Looking at my program listing in CCBill affilaite admin and I see 'Split' in the 'Split Fees' column.

When I work out the CCBill Fees on my payouts it is 11%, surely this means I am paying ALL of the CCBill fees rather than splitting them with the sponsor.

Thought?

No your splitting them... depends on what fees you both are sharing... i'm sure someone from CCBILL can clarify further...

But the maximum CCBill charges is 14.5%, this program does masisve volume so I am sure they're on a better rate than that but even assuming it is the worst rate does that mean they're splitting 11% for me 3.5% for them?

I am sure there is a good explanation, drop me a line and we can get to the bottom of it.

Paul kindly took a look at this for me and as expected with CCBill involved it's all present and correct, just my maths letting me down, glad to get it clarified though.
