just chatted with caz on the phone, i liked his definition of "managed hosting".
the definition that i am used to, is "managed hosting" means i don't get root access, that i have to do things only through a panel or send in the request.
other providers its unmanaged and you get full root access and they charge you by the incident or by the hour to fix things.
i know enough of linux administration to know what I am doing, but sometimes not enough to resolve a problem.
righthostings definition of "managed service" is you get root access to do your stuff, but if you screw things up, they will fix it for you, without a service charge.
i like it!

close, i hit a hybrid from 200, 3 wood is my 250 club, but i cracked it. blind shot over trees from the other fairway. I hit it so nice, so high and far, and I'm thinkin "yep I pured that bad boy".
