I used to do (and still sometimes do if they are short people and call me up) uprigging for a lighting and sound company. We setup for concerts events etc. Uprigging is when you go out on beams over top the stage and pull up about 80ft of chain that is tied to your rope and set your anchor points for hanging lighting speaker setups etc. The main area I do it I hang about 120ft above the floor of the stadium. I love it, and its a hella upper body workout.

LMAO love the fact that there's only one guy wearing a safety helmet. Guess he's the only one in the group who hasn't figured out the helmet won't help much if you fall ;-)

I've seen pics of roadies doing that in the roof girders over SkyDome in Toronto. That'd freak the hell outta me as well.

I LOVE the Stratosphere in Vegas! I went on all of the rides there, twice! Try being on top and then running towards the edge. Scary as hell, and it freaks the visitors out too!

Any reputable company would have the basket that they lower down the side. I saw this same thing in Seattle one day as we were going north on I-5.

I know a girl who is hearing impaired and she does this for a living. She still has a great figure, it has nothing to do with body strenght it's all about technique, on how to use the ropes.
