I hired a coder to make me a payment module for paysite-cash processing for my cart. He finished it to 90-95% completion and then bailed and I have not heard from him since.

I need someone competent to finish this thing, it's probably not a lot of work. Hit me up if you can do it!

I think most programmers simply stay away from "near-finished" projects that were abandoned by another programmer. Usually, projects like that mean you have to waste hours and hours cleaning up shoddy code.

After all, if the programmer you hired first was a competent professional, he wouldn't have bailed.

9/10 it either royally fucked up code which would be easier code from scratch

the problem is the person doing the hiring doesn't want to pay that cost again.

Yes, you are right about that. But this project is only 2-3 files big.

I still need someone to take care of this.
