    If I sell a domain + design???

    I have to ask this N00b question. If I have a domain, design and content. I have bought the content and used it only at this domain.

    If I want to sell the whole site, domain, design and content, can the new buyer use the content I have bought with proper documents??

              For those most part those standard content buy agreements are transferable but not always. In the rare occasion someone will throw in the phrase "non transferable" or something of that nature. Just look through your documents and see if you can find that phrase, then you will know.
