Looking for some databases with true, opt/double optin databases with email addresses... There's lots of them on the net, does anyone have actual experience with any?

Unless you are a spammer don't bother even trying to buy lists. You will see no ROI.

All it will be is a 3rd party pre-checked email opt in. Which is NOT a double opt in to receive content from you.

And no email company will send it for you.

It's impossible to buy double opt in email lists, unless you're actually taking over the newsletter in question

surely there's companies out there who truly have opt-in lists where people had the box checked that they'd like to receive promotional emails.. there's lots of places that say they do, but who really has this? money is not an object.
