Posting My Golden Tee Machine for Sale To Message Boards ??

I am looking for some sort of software that would post my Golden Tee (Golf Arcade Machine) Machine that I am selling on E-Bay to hundreds/thousands of message boards. I know there are tools out there but I was wondering if anyone could recommend

A) Free One
B) The Best Paid One (Affiliate Links Are Fine With Proper Testimony and an Experience 'Story')
C) Any suggestions for Classified Ad Blaster Programs that do the same thing ....

If you are interested, take a look at what I am selling - there are obviously some very targeted message boards I can post to manually but I am also a firm believer in the more balls you throw the more likely you are to get a hit even though you are more likely to hit a strike then a ball ... I'll take 10,000 balls right now on the off chance that 1 ball is the one that hits right over the wall
