I really envy that. I read somewhere that it's a good idea to constantly get up at a set time, but go to sleep only when you are tired, so that your body "knows" it has to be up at x AM whether or not you've actually had "enough" sleep.
Problem is, my body "knows" that I have fuck all to do during the day so it can't be bothered to start it.Comment

I am not a morning person..I like to stay up late and work late hours..so it is hard for me! i have to set three alarm clocks around my home to get my ass out of the bed. it usually works but sometimes not at all. i have insominia as well so if i do have to get up early i usually get about 3 hours of sleep

I worked for acura in jersey city and lived in manhattan. So I had to be at the bus stop at 5am to get to work by 7am. My trick was put the alarm clock across the room and after getting up I didnt go near the bed. Also one of those coffee machines you can program so in the morning there is coffee waiting for you is wonderful.God how it sucked in the winter standing at that cold fucking bus stop. lolComment

I sometimes get up early for a few days or so, 9 or 10 am, but it always slowly gets later and later by the day to when it is getting up mid afternoon
it just feels better getting enough afternoon sleep to be able to face the evening and get work done at night
