Yeah, it's a well-known video.
The Gulf War didn't cost much money, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait paid for it. America and its allies go to war with other people's money.

Taxpayers and foreigners are squeezed like oranges by Washington DC to fund a very aggressive foreign policy, when diplomacy would have been much more cost-effective, more money at home and more friends abroad.
