We want to buy cam traffic(who do you recommend)
as the title says. We need about 5-10k for about 3 weeks to start with. We want to spread this over a few brokers to see which works best for us.

I've used traffic-out.com - but not for webcam traffic, though I'm sure Hammer can assist you with any traffic you need.

but I've only heard good things about them, transaction was smooth and the traffic came as promised via direct clicks on my link.

Not referring to anyone in particular, but the traffic brokerage business has some very shady operators. Bought traffic is only good as tgp feeder, nobody is going to sell you traffic that they can monetize themself no matter what story / excuse they tell you.
