hi Paul, we had the booth next to you at AOE in Amsterdam on 03. You seemed like a really decent guy. I cannot attempt to say I know what you're going through, to do so would be demeaning and unnecessary. Sufficed to say we wish you good health, and even more so to Eva. Be sure to take care of yourself Paul-eat, sleep have some time for you. Eva is in the best care possible, which leaves you to fend for yourself.

Don't sweat the small stuff but take care of one big thing at a time, slowly and carefully knowing your wife is in the best hands possible.

Latest news is, today I went to see her and Eva had just been examined by the Neurologist and they had put her back to sleep more than yesterday. I came back later tonight and she did open her eyes but I don't think she knew I was there.

She looks better and her nurse, she has her own nurse, says she's fine and progressing. I have to take some of Eva's favourite thing, perfume, pillow, scent so they can bring her around in more familiar surroundings.

While there a patient in another room had a relapse and the doctors were trying, I think, to save his life. I got out as it was too much.

So nothing really to say, except it seems fine.

I spent most of the day running from accounts, to lawyers, to Government buildings to court houses to achieve nothing.

Sorry to hear, didn't notice this topic before. Hope she gets better soon, sounds like she is progressing.

My heart goes out to you, Paul. Health is so much more important than anything we talk about on here. I can't even imagine how you're feeling right now. If there's anything we can do, just let me know. Please keep us updated. I wish Eva a speedy recovery. Stay strong!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

I wish Eva a FULL recovery

Very good news at last.

Saw Eva today and she was even more aware than Tuesday. She immediately tried to move and needed to be told very sternly to lie still. When I told her to lay down it did not work, when the nurse told her it did and that's Eva.

When I told Eva if she kept moving I would have to go and asked her if she wanted me to stay she nodded. That was my cue to start crying. Good tears. Her nurse is please with her progress.

The doctor said the will operate again tomorrow on her arm and shoulder bade and Monday on her spine. They have the CT scan of her spine and the ONLY vertebrae that needs fixing is C5, they will insert a metal pin. The doctor said they were hopeful and the big problem now is Eva's will and pneumonia setting in. But she's in a hospital.

Still no news on the business and me gaining control of the companies finances. Had it explained at last to me why it's like it is. If it was the husband who ran the business and they handed it all over to a wife she could sell the business or spend all the money.

I'm working on it and at the moment paying people with money I take out on my ATM cards. Got to get a Paypal account.

Thank you to all those who donated, bought and sent their best wishes. Today has been a long hard day and a good one. Got a long time friend over and we are on our third bottle of wine. LOL
