What does "unable to meet the CSAC's licensing standards" mean?

I really wanted to see Aleksander E. fight, too. I never heard what the official reason was or why they waited so late to yank things.

Does he have a health problem? If it was because he failed the drug testing, wouldn't they state that?

what the hell are you guys talking about? Sambo is leglocks. Fedor, Couture and all the other 'wrestlers' etc are out there doing BJJ the minute the fight hits the ground, bottom line. They just don't like to call it BJJ because... because... it gives too much credit where it belongs I guess.
