50 illegal tube sites

I wonder if they'd mind if i start a tube site and ripped their entire members area. They've set precedent that it's ok. Should be good for traffic.

I see alot of content from sponsors and studios - they are probably not aware, and/or do not have the resources to do anything about it. What would be great is some sort of coordinated effort or even an organization that can streamline the process, and collect funds to do whatever it takes putting a stop to this.

I would gladly take ex. 5% less sponsor payout or pay 5% more for content if it went to a copyright fund!

The illegal tubes will be the end game for lots of affliates, sponsors, studios, and companies/individuals serving the industry (processors, webhosts, designers, traffic sellers, models etc.), so I´m guessing I´m not the only one willing to help end this despite not being a content owner.

I'd be 100% good with that too... and agree with every word of your last paragraph. Most webmaster/sponsors etc. tend to look at in on the smaller scale saying "Well if they're on a tube site, they probably wouldn't pay for porn anyways." I completely disagree with that thought. If there never were ANY tube sites, forums etc. that gave away free content people would have no choice but to pay for porn. The problem is it's almost impossible to stop. Or so it seems.

Lame. These sites are killing the industry.

Why should they care? People know their actions and keep pushing them. No reason for them to change their behavior.

IMHO As far as affiliation goes, the survivors will be the ones who emphasize on promoting something that is not easily available for free where the producers tightly enforce their rights.

Also - being 'WRAPPED UP' in illegal tube sites insinuates that WE have something to do with it or have 'ok'd' it - and I assure, that is not the case. If what you say is true and I'm not doubting you, he is doing it without us noticing.

klaze, with the amount of investment that has been put into content for MassiveDollars in the past 8 months - do you think we're interested in people fucking over others in the industry? We aren't - we won't fuck affiliates and we won't fuck our partners.

We're in it for the money - but we're in it for the money the right way - we're not interested in fucking anyone over, nor supporting people who fuck others over.

If you want me to put an end to it - then give me an indication which site it is, I assure you, there hasn't been a boom of clicks or sales for me to notice anything funky and we're very meticulous in checking our affiliates.

That goes for anyone else too - if you see our stuff anywhere or see our banners anywhere they shouldn't be - then please contact me and let me know.

My ratio for them has sucked for 4 or 5 months compared to what it was before. Can you say saturated free content?

This industry rarely comes together. One of the few examples was it coming together to fight 2257. What a glorious waste of time and money that was. The DOJ and the FBI never did a lot other than window dressing. Any visits recently to inspect documents?

That's not my duty or my job and I do not want to be held responsible for someone losing their affiliate account or website.

But I want MassiveDollars to be on their toes.

You're correct that it's not your job or duty - but making a statement that we're wrapped up in illegal tube sites is not only false, but it's offensive and couldn't be further from the truth and you could very well be causing financial damages even if it was not your intention.

You came in this thread like a hero wanting to out someone and then when I ask you for the bread to go with the butter, you go silent.

I've gone through NATS and logs but with 25+ sites and no indication of where it's coming from, are they linking direct or not, or if they made a sale or not, it's going to be harder to track.

If you don't want to implicate yourself, then have someone else send the info or do it anonymously - I don't care how you do it, just send it to me - I want to check the affiliate and remove him if you are in fact correct.

Looks to me like one biz, one personal toots.

Sales are consistent with last year. Pageviews up, visitors down. Nothing moved more than 5% though.
