He is the reason I took up drums.
When I was a little kid in the early 70's the only place I ever saw Buddy Rich was on the Tonight Show and I was facinated watching him, especially when he would have a drum battle with Ed Shaughnessy, but anytime he played it was absolutely amazing.Comment
