Why dont you buy traffic directly from sites in your niche. That way they will either convert, or people will click around on your plugs.
To be honest, choker/trafficadept/<insertbrokernamehere> have never done well for me.
Make sure you dont buy from heavily invested cerclejerk traffic sites tho, and watch out for the geo they send you.

If you're looking for traffic to a blog, stay away from skimmed traffic; it does not perform well on a text heavy site.
