Honestly, I get a few hundred model submissions a week, so I'm not particularly concerned about finding models or even a shooter experienced in the genre.

I'm concerned to know what the baseline rates are. I understand that some shooters will want higher than baseline and some will work for less given volume and all that. But, with no baseline industry standard, it makes it impossible to know whether one is being generous or limited on the pay scale. A little help?
