ICQ - which is the best client in your opinion?

Obviously normal icq is a huge piece of junk.

I need a good/stable icq client for windows xp.

One that keeps good history & of course receives offline messages just like normal icq.

Please post your suggestions!

Thanks

I'm still on the 2 or 3 year old Mac version of ICQ that seems to never update.

Hi, I messaged you a while back after you mentioned in a thread that you might have some work for me, but never heard back. Maybe mine was lost in cyberspace as well? If so, you can reach me via the addy in my sig.

2003b works very well for me, pretty stable

never ever tried to install anything newer after I saw the monstrosity of what they pushed, all the bullshit might be popular among 12 year olds but if you need a non annoying stable icq thing 2003b is a safe bet.

the only thing that icq has over skype is the ability to categorize my contacts, skype should take over the industry and icq should be left to rot.....
