Naughty America stoped paying to affiliates?

ever consider a check may be lost? it happens - and sometimes they show up weeks later. we get it too often all things considered.

They removed epass as a payment option. Now they are only paying via checks or wire and they need some time.

Of course I have been sending msg to affiliate managers, in the beggining they used to say that I had to wait, since a few days ago I got no answers.

They had to send me wires, so no problems wit lost checks.

I am waiting to read here that I am not the only one in this situation, becuase it would be awful to know this is happening only to me.

About affiliates running to a forum to make this kind of question, yes, it sucks, because of this I pay exactly every 15 days, no exceptions.

It´s true they used to mess payment, but it never was for such a long time. Also my affiliate manager stoped answering my msg, that sucks!

I used to love NaughtyAmerica and they were one of my most reliable sponsors for years so I am so sad to see them not making payments.

Here's my story: I was paid only once since May 30th by NaughtyAmerica and thats cuz I harassed them via email, icq and phone calls. They paid me $750 via bankwire on July 11th - they owed me a total of $4000 at that time.

Now they owe me in the neighborhood of $5000+ and this is the message i received from one of their affiliate managers on July 15th:

"My plan to pay you what you are owed is this. I will make sure weekly you receive your payments that are owed to you that week and some of the past due amount until you are up to date. At that time you will be paid when the minimum payment is reached. Will you agree to this? Let me know what you think."

That was 9 days ago and I still havent seen a payment - lets see if I get something tomorrow. I was shocked they couldnt pay me the lump sum they owed me. They've done that before when I realized I was missing payments.

I left a voicemail for Mark yesterday and sent icq/email messages to him weeks ago and havent heard back from him at all. usually he's pretty good at getting back to me

I havent pulled my NaughtyAmerica links yet but I certainly am discouraged and will think twice before putting up more links to their program. Everytime i get a sale now I question if I am ever going to see the money!

It would be nice to see a reply in this thread from one of their reps.

I'll post a message when my payments are up to date.

Have you ever tried contacting me? I have my icq and my email posted on our affiliate's page and on my affiliate blog. I also send out my info in weekly FHG's and when I announced that i was appointed the Director of Affiliates for Naughty America.

If for some reason you have been neglected it has not been on purpose. I will take responsibility for this oversight and any inconvenience this has caused you, give me the chance to make things right.

As for you affiliate manager not answering your questions, we have had a change in personnel. This may have been the reason for the drop in communication but still not acceptable.

Now, will you please contact me personally so that I may resolve this issue for you and make sure we have open lines of communication so this doesn't happen again.

I said in my announcement letter that I understand YOU, the affiliate, comes first! I know how important you are so, let me work for you. If you have any issues get in touch with me so I can help.

Thanks Shap, I hope you are right. I had nothing but admiration for NaughtyAmerica for years - their exclusive content, sales ratios and rebill percentages were awesome. But its all for "naught" (no pun intended) if you dont get paid. We'll see what happens.

yes I did find it very strange that NaughtyAmerica couldnt pay me $4000 but I was being patient with them considering the many years I've been promoting them. I replied asking why they couldnt pay the lump sum and I didnt hear back. I know they are a big program so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that I would eventually get all my money.

Joe, of course I sent you an email. I sent you and email replying the email that you sent to all affiliate to introduce yourself. I sent that email to you from my laptop, I don´t have it here, so I can´t tell you exactly what day I did it, but I can tell you tomorrow. Joe, I think Naughty America is a great company, it always was, and that´s why I can´t underastand how the responsable people let it arrive to this point, with no notifications to affiliates about what´s going on or personal contact to let some people know when we are going to get the money.

I hope guys you can come back and to be the respetable company that it´s been during all this time, I know there are several people in my situation. I hope to get my payments as soon as possible, and if this is not possible too soon, at least I hope to get a response with a schedulated plan of payments. But I can tell you that Andreas is one of the most professional indviduals I have EVER met in this industry.

He's spent YEARS, I mean YEARS working his program to what it is today and he has more pride in his product, company and reputation than most anyone in the biz.

He's not a fly by night flash in the pan. N/A is a solid program with a solid foundation. Im sure things will be straightend out.

Joe, your job is to cool these cats down and defuse the situation. Just talk to em.
