So there are NO cam sites that allow you to send them cam hosts without hiring them yourself and collecting id, etc yourself?

There are

VPS is for example paying you for every model you sign up
And there are more doing it

Neon can pay you as studio manager also

And the rest i forgot, to much cam studios that have manager account options, but i do not think every studio is a seller
