haha i tried them too once, it's just not the same..
get the bapao at the supermarket (theyre also in those glass freezers), only thing that really tastes good out of the microwave... serve with some chili sauce and youre good to go

Buy ground beef (or turkey or whatever ground meat you have).
Make a ball, dont overwork it, make it into the right shape.
Grill it or sear it in a pan until it's cooked. Dont press down on it, thats a newbie mistake.
