    I need Ray from Strongbox to contact me immediately....I'm pissed

    I've sent a dozen emails to you Ray and I haven't heard back from you so this is my last resort. It's been months and Throttlebox still isn't working correctly. You told me you would fix it multiple times and now you just ignore my emails. I want this fixed 100% by the end of Friday!
