Made a wordpress theme in photoshop and used him to make it a working theme out of the .psd file. He promised a 24 hours turnarround and finally got back to me after 3 days.
The theme he created is full of tables and the code is jacked from another theme.
Now he thinks i would pay for that crap

His gringlish was suspicious.. lol
His emails look like:
Sorry bro,
you wait 2 days, but not my problem, its its problem on what i cant stop. Im another in another city for sent you just this mail.
