What is the deal with money bookers?

Does anyone here use money bookers? I just signed up but when I go to upload
funds via a credit card or checking account it tells me that I need to include my user
id but it doesn't give me a place to do so. Any help with this would be much appreciated

Used them a few times and no problems about a year ago.I'm based in Canada

They are working fine in whole Europe. I'm using them since 2004. and never had a single problem. I always uploaded my MB acct via my local bank acct and there was a small blank field in the banks paper that I used to enter my MB ID.
Never tried via CC. You should contact their support.

As a client i m disspointed.I paid some of their merchants $50+ for something and there was an error after processing when i came back on the site.

MB say the money are on the merchant , merchant say the money are not on him , but they dissapeared from account.I told MB to do smth and the only conclusion is that after 5-6 tickets i abandoned the idea to get them back.

i use them a lot lately.... it is another widely accepted payment method.... although it is dificult to find wm that can change epass for mb....
