I thought NATS was still counting/crediting traffic while the license issues arise?

yeah but if the surfers cant access the actual websites thorough the affiliate links how can they count anything?

anyway seems the problem is fixed, good to know it was only 10-15 minutes. was a shock when I logged into to see my stats

What does the license locking you out of the stats area have anything to do with the surfer? I believe you're confused.

no im not confused. I tried accessing the actual sites through my elitedollars links and wasnt able to access the sites, so again how can NATS count hits if the surfers cant get to the site.

It's not supposed to stop the surfers from reaching the site.

Edit: I could have been misinformed however.

                    Hey Jact,

                    This issue is fixed.

This was some mac address permission error, not typical. Lasted all of 15 minutes, we called NATS and like always, they immediately got online and fixed it.

Again, apologies to anyone that was affected by the downtime.

                    Terrence

Im not a NATS expert but Im just telling you what I saw, first I tried to log into my stats and saw the "no valid NATS license" page so then I went ahead and checked my links and they all went to an invalid license page as well, thats why I started the thread.

My thinking would be if the NATS license isnt valid then the NATS affiliate links wouldnt be valid either...of course the surfers could probably still access the sites by going directly to the main domain but that wasnt my concern at the time.

Anyway the matter has been resolved so not really a concern anymore.
