I hate when it rains here. They drive so damn slow. The sad part is most of these people moved here from states that had rain and snow. I guess they forgot how to drive in it. :thumbsup

Maybe it has something to do with how flooded your streets get when it does rain. :2 cents:

A majority of them do not flood in the Phoenix metro area. There are some that do, but it is very few. The sad fact is the majority of people can not drive in the rain here.
