Actually, my research coems up with the following numbers;

White 38.8%
Black 39.8
Hispanic 15.7
Asian 2.4
other 3.3

On welfare.... The only thing that would even be cause for concern would be if you weighted these figures with the overall numbers (percentage) of each race that are citizens of the USA, then those figures could look a little off-kilt...

Either way, the Human race is 100% of the welfare recipients...
