First of hello. this is my first post here but I have been reading the forum for a while.
I am looking to get into the adult business and while doing my market research I think I may have come up with some solutions so some complaints I have heard.
How about creating a union for porn producers and promoters?
objectives of the union could be
One of the most common complaints that I have heard is that people are stealing content for tube sites and claiming it as user generated content.
It seems to me that this could be tackled by 2257 legislation? along with the standard intellectual property laws?
Like I said I am new here. It will take someone with a lot more experience to do this so feel free to run with the idea if you want.
right now its just a crude idea but what do you think about it? feel free to give feedback or even just welcome me to the board

- Protect content by giving legal help
- promote ethical business practices (perhaps some kind of grading system)
- ensure that sites take steps to be friendly to parental filters e.g. using the RTA tag
- Give the industry a voice
