What screen sizes should iPod videos be in?

Going to step up the iPod videos side, getting lots of traffic to those pages and need to know more about the sizes required.


So what size does yout iPod or iPhone or what ever need?

but be careful, because some settings that fall into these categories seem to just not work for some reason. cant figure it out.
