Rick Latona tried to do this with his video upload site, but ended up closing it a few months back. The only service I've found that works is www.tubemogul.com , but they only have a few select sites and all are mainstream.

The one is this thread looks weak, I highly doubt it does what they purport. Although the references are very convincing, lol
