I collect alot of WWI & WWII stuff.. Fucking crazy on that helmet.. It's not WWII issue as the WWII era ones were fixed bail and that one in the photos is swivel bail making it post WWII possibly Korea or Vietnam

The symbol for the 327th Glider Infantry Regiment was a club (3-leaf clover)  If you go here to a page on them http://www.ww2-airborne.us/units/327/327.html You can see that this pic has the square as well on the side as the helmet

yes in the helmet you have a cut-edge division path

 looks like perhaps hearts and clovers were painted on the back hahah and the top post is a link to the ebay thread that was posted here http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/foru...hp/t21684.html 3rd Div fixed bail helmet the forum threads explain it all.....!
