If you KNEW a sponsor was cheating you...

    What would your approach be?

Don't ask me who, or how I know, just take it as read.

I've emailed the owner asking them to explain some discrepancies. No response yet. They are going to have to come up with something that my brain hasn't thought of so far to explain themselves.

If you knew and could prove it through internal click tracking, sales disappearing/adjusting and many other factors, I would post all screenshots and reasons in a post on GFY and let this site work its magic.

I would start a drama thread on GFY, what else? No but seriously, I would try and sort it out with the company in question and if all else fails: resort to plan A.

If I KNEW (i.e. had proof), I'd file suit in the appropriate venue. I don't give people defrauding me a chance to "make it right". They already had the choice to do right by me and chose to fuck me instead.

I would do too, but am busy as fuck, and can't be arsed with the legal side of things. Lawyers here are $150 per hour.

Of course first question would be HOW do you know? If you just think they cheat, you should give it some time until you get proof or its clear that they don't cheat.

Otherwise, if you know by fact/proof -- you should expose their act publicly with proof, and move to next sponsor. I'd not go for filing suit or stuff for a couple grands.
