Sometimes it is good to bring a lawsuit on principle alone, even if you have no hope of ever collecting on the judgement. Other times, it is better to just rebuild your business, and focus your time on generating new revenue streams. Still, it won't surprise me if Steven Markley and Gary Spaniak, Jr. come to an early demise as a result of what I consider to be their scam operation and criminal activities.
