Does anybody know a good system for upload credits for a forum?

A Vbulletin forum. I want some kind of system that lets people upload stuff and they will get credits for downloads. Or some kind of way that its controlled. Im using the Vbulletin attachment plugin in case that info is needed. I hope you guys know what i mean. Thanks.

I think their is a couple mods/hacks to do this, check the vbulletin.org hack/mod section
