Any C/card Processors Apart From Ccbill

I get a lot of denied subscriptions due to CCBill not processing their bank's bins.
Does anyone know of any additional c/c processing companies that can take c/cards from countries like Russia, for example.
It's very frustrating to watch your customers try time and time again to obtain a subscription and fail.
I've noticed there is another company on the horizon now, called Segpay
I've never heard of it,has any of you,guys?...
Well, your thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.

Hi Lana ... check out Verotel as an alternate processor. I have been using them for 6 years now, never a problem, money goes to my bank accont via ACH deposit every Monday.

      Yah Verotel is good...

But you do know there is a reason why no one takes cards from Russia etc..

Still, occasionally valid credit cards get denied from not just Russia... (which means - I have never been able to sign up to a site using CCBill... Epoch denied me too...) no problems with LocalBilling.com though... might want to check them out

Hey - CCBill just launched their cascading processing to SegPay - part of our Traffic Manager - so any declines can be routed directly to SegPay for another chance to recoup the funds.

And we will handle the affiliate tracking as well...
