Are there any marginally talented designers that can design and code wordpress themes without flaking out after a month or two?

i have a lot of hoax sites... keep building more. at least one a week and i have content for about 10 that aren't designed. nothing elaborate. just this kind of stuff - www.felonspy.com or www.childtrader.com or www.jaredremembered.com
