Has anyone been able to successfully increase their withdrawal limits in ePassporte? I receive funds from foreign clients to shoot content, and I have those funds sent to my ePassporte account. What is annoying is that ePassporte limits the maximum daily withdrawal amount from your ePassporte account to your US checking account to $300, so if someone sends me $3k from overseas and I want to offload that money into my checking account so I can pay talent, crew, etc., then I need to log in every day for 10 days to withdraw $300 at a time, and on top of that I need to pay a $3 fee on each transaction. This is really annoying and frustrating. I have contacted ePassporte about increasing this limit but keep getting the run around. I have had a support ticket in for weeks with those guys, and they keep telling me "4 more days" yet nothing happens. I've emailed Pearl Chu at ePassporte and never received a reply. If anyone has been able to successful increase this withdrawl limit to something more reasonable than $300, please let me know!!! I wish Paypal never had problems with the adult industry - now there was an easy to send and receive money

You make it sound like the obvious thing to do whenever you have a prob with epass, and unfortunately it probably is. That's the whole problem, why have a complete support system when Michael O seems to be the only guy that gets anything done?

Sounds like you need a business account. Do you have a personal select account now or just the regular personal?

Well, i don't care if in epass working loosers or guys who just do shit, everytime when i get problems i contact Michael and he sorts out problems really fast and in professional manner. I have raised my limits to 1.5k per day without any problems. So i don't care about their support staff as long as i know at least one guy who is working there hard and are always happy to help with their services.

If you want to raise your daily withdrawal limit over $600 USD, you'll likely need to fax them your mortgage statement or a utility bill, your credit card (front and back), your ID and/or drivers license, and a voided personal check.
