Oh this wasn't even for design work you were just transferring money for him?

PayPal often does weird stuff. It's hard to say.

Yeah but he sure did scam me, I paid him $200 for a bunch of banners and got half of them and still hadn't told him the other half, when I sent him the work for a couple of those banners he just disappeared and stopped answering emails.

Mike I know you're reading this, I don't even want the money or the work, I guess you need the $100 badly enough to screw over someone that's been nothing but helpful to you and even sent you business.
