Here's the skinny: list those qualities that people praise you for, and those that they dislike (whether they're your friends or not). The only rule is that they must be things that people have actually told you about in writing or in person, rather than those arrived at through self-perception only.

What people like:
--My smile.
--An infectious laugh, coupled with a bizarre sense of humor.
--Uncommon courtesy.
--My passion for intellectual topics.
--My dedication, whether at school or at work.

What people dislike:
--My morning moods. (:P
--My often too-visible disdain of strangers.
--My terrible record at keeping in touch with my friends.
--Being high-strung.
--My extreme privacy, in spite of my overall talkativeness
