    Now we MUST smoke POT in the Netherlands!

    Tabacco is going to be banned in the coffeeshops pretty soon, so you MUST smoke POT instead of a cigarette or some joint mixxed with tabacoo. Only pure weed and hash joints/pipes will be allowed.
    This isnt a joke, check the news!
    Definatly think some shops will loose out a big percantage of their income because, more and more people will only visit the shops for a minute to buy their pot and leave instantly.

    If some cop catches you smoking a joint with tabacco he has to take it from you and send it to some research labor. Really weird.. in other countries they would check it for pot and not for tabacco lol

                              Some places will likely get special permits no?
                              Smoking is pretty much banned here in Montreal but some places like cigar lounges have permits for cigar and pipe smoking.

                              Cigarette smoke just stinks anyway.

                                  The Netherlands is a backwards place in terms of law, but I guess it makes more sense. Tobacco is addictive and more dangerous. I should be going to Amsterdam around October this year if everything goes well, anyone been?

                                      it's fucking pathetic that you can still smoke in pubs and restaurants in most of Europe, South Africa banned smoking in them long time ago (you can build a smoking area though) and guess what - nothing really happened to the pubs and restaurants

                                      everybody was screaming and bitching that they are going to lose business etc, nah, didn't happen, people addapted, pubs are as full as ever
