How can people be so stupid. Did Globosale think this would not get posted 2 the boards.. Stupid.. Stupid.. Stupid.. Some people have ZERO ideal of how to treat customer's.. This should be brought up at least once a month, so not even a Newbie use's these people.:2 cents:

I concur jimmyf, outside is a minefield in this time that everybody is scrmabling to find new processors, let's watch our back and keep this post near the top

Schilli how are your rebills with Verotel? I am maybe thinking of testing them.

andi_germany 10-19-2002 02:52 AM

I actually found Roli to be very professional when I talked to him on signup.

Now lets take a step back and see what happened here. He sends out an email to you El stating on what to come in the future. You post this here which is nice for us but if you read the reactions of the post you have to think like Globosale to understand. CCBill was mentioned in that mail and CCBill responded with that they never even heard of them. Now globosale is a european establiched biller and lets speculate a little. CCBill looks for a presence in Europe to keep the European webmasters. It would be much easier to cooperate with an existing biller than establish a new merchant bank. No those 2 companies are discussing such a thing and noy your post comes into play. CCBill sure as hell would be very pissed at the leak and would tell globosale that they would not do business when such thinks face surface.

If I would be Globosale I would be pissed at you for stopping such a business opportunity and might overreact.

Now thats speculation purely but it leads to some very interesting things.

First of all it means this change is coming in the future probably by the end of next year. This reaction simply makes the info much more credited.

This leads to that at least CCBill is not telling us the truth and the other billers should be aware as well.

hahaha....

as we told you....nothing is better than a good Russian billing processor.... :thumbsup

folks.... donīt forget than VEROTEL boots sites that they donīt like....

3 PassionDollar.com sites have been booted-up recently....

teenybeast.com
teenbeastclub.com
etc...

they cancelled 5000 rebills a month....

Krul 10-19-2002 03:24 AM

I use Verotel for some time now and they have told me that they have checked their banks and contacts and that nothing is affecting them!

if they're refunding all your customers, get a lawyer.

I don't like that. I know they are trustworthy, been around a long long time etc etc.

I think that was the reason I didn't sign up with them

So far on my list is

Verotel
Globill

With ANY third party processor, the customer is not yours. AC Pay just happens to be more up front about it. Ever try moving your members from one processor to another?

I've heard some questionable things about Verotel. About excessive chargebacks, cancelling accounts without notice etc.. And on their affiliate program, they only allow 50%, no incentives or anything.

I found Globosale to be very professional and outgoing during the signup process too. I talked all the time to Roli too, and he seemed to be very outgoing guy, who was interested in the clients and he did everything i asked for.

Dunno if their rebilling is good or not, but they offer lots of payments options and dost require to pay VISA fee.

Future will show, whether they're good or not ... hopefully, they will be good.

Just wandered into an older thread.

I too have found Roli to be very helpful and very professional.

I dont like the ability for users to be able to turn off rebills immediately as they join - but am very happy to use them as a secondary biller.

One BIG PLUS is that they dont charge to do direct deposits into your bank account each pay period, so I save $60US every pay out period.

Anyone know any other biller that will do direct bank deposits free?

Is it me or is everyone bumping old threads today?

steffie 02-03-2003 04:55 PM

Here are a couple of updates for Globosale

I received my first wire. My bank charged me $ 11.00 for the overseas wire and Globosale has charged me $ 20.00. After emailing Globosale they told me they would refund my money.

Their Mastercard account has been cancelled as of last Friday. I just went into the stats section and saw it. I didn't receive any emails regarding this. So uhm, I was a bit upset.

3 of my websites were set on in-active because no sales were made within a certain period of time. I didn't know this and I really don't go into their stats section alot.

When I contacted them asking what happend, all I received an email saying that if I wanted to use them on those 3 sites I just have to email them and let them know.

Since I was moving billers around back and forth after the Visa fiasco I just added all my billers on a Secondary option page until all the tours were billed.

If you use a banner rotator like me (cgi-based) you are unable to use the Globosale link since it somehow interferes with their script. I didn't find out until I added about 25 new partners who are now using globosale into my rotator and when I checked I received a 404 error.

I still have a Globosale account, however since they lost their MasterCard account they are now secondary. I am still using CCbill and Verotel as my primary and I have been really happy with both.

http://www.globosale.net
see if it loading for anybody, i tried getting to it today but it wouldn't load for me. I am a bit nervous about Globosale right now and moving them to secondary and did remove them from some of my sites.

Just my :2 cents:

Steffi,

Are you ready? We are setting poeple up and switching them every day.

You will be very happy here. I'll tell you what.... process checks with us for a bit (no merchant account required) while you are thinking about a merchant account, get used to our system, and you will surely want to move it all.

Thank you, Mitch Farber
