Wake up brush my teeth and put some clothes on to go for a 4 mile run. Get home have a shower or bath if my legs are sore. Shampoo for me hair, shower gel for my body. Dry myself and put my clothes on. Blow dry my hair and fix it with my product. Use a roll on eye cream. Thats pretty much it, sometimes I use moisturiser but not a lot. I'm naturally pretty

I think we actually came to the age of intense cherubinism.
Seeing guys on the street that look better cared than Claudia Schiffer is scaring me, douchebag gods tanned the whole year with a soft and crisp skin.
Of course I am trying to be the civilised man doing all the showering using Old Spice my old school braun shaving hellmachine and a decent aftershave, plus I do even use some Calvin Klein fragrance while I am facing a female company.
But I never attended a tanning saloon, I never used any lotions or facials or all kinds of stuff that I can't even examine, what's more I don't feel like like my skin would be dropping off or that I would look like I can't walk the streets in daylight.

I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine.
In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my
stomach crunches; I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep
pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a
honey-almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an
herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of
my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because
alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer. Then an anti-aging
eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protecting lotion.Comment

I shower after I work out. This is once a day. I use Walmart body wash and whatever shampoo is in the shower. I shave my face with a Gillette Fusion razor and Gillette shaving gel maybe 2-3 times a week.
I wear deodorant (some gel thing) and cologne. Options for cologne: Acqua di Gio from Armani (my wife's recommendation), Euphoria from Calvin Klein (a gift from someone) or the Hollister cologne in the brown bottle (my wife's recommendation).
I also shave my balls maybe once a week. And I brush my teeth 3 times a day of course. Nobody wants smelly breath. And I put gel in my hair.

I use noxema to wash my face. soap dries my skin. I use head & shoulders shampoo, lather twice, I use Irish Spring bar soap (either icy or blast moisture), I use jergen cocoa butter lotion, for deodorant I alternate (I have about three to four in the cabinet).
This is enough for me.
I use to soap and shampoo, now I shampoo then soap. My lady realize shit was ass backwards. My whole life I never realize the difference. Make sense now.Comment

wake up, have a cup of tea, then have a shave wich a Gillette mach 3 razor and cheap shaving gel, then have a shower and use some cheap old shampoo and cheap soap then clean my teeth with colgate, dont need to use gel or brush my hair as it is shaved then use Lynx deodorant and thats it, Oh do cut my finger nails and toe nails every 3 days as I hate long finger and toe nails, forgot the aftershave I normally use joopLast edited by halfpint; 06-10-2008, 10:43 AM.Comment
