The $200 PC uses a VIA C3 800 MHz processor. Outside of AMD and of course intel, I wonder about any off brand chips' capability to be X86 standards compatible.

I wasn't even worried about benchmark. I was wondering if it would run X86 apps [apps designed to run on Intel processors]. I gues s teh word is backwards compatibility

i had old cyrix shit back in the dizzay and it ran everything windows/MS just fine

i dont use an emachine to do 3d studio max or dyno analysis on my corvettes but wtf the thing has 256mb ram MAX for fuk's sake

u put a 512 in and it croaks lol

nehow my point is it'll run anything 4 the basic user that i guarantee
