    Are Canadians brains permafrosted from climate?

    Canadians all talk really slow and are really weird, is it because the ice makes their brains operate at a slower pace than other people?

    Ever talk to someone from Toronto or Newfoundland? It's like talking to a drunk 15 year old who just had his first bottle of gin and is trying to skateboard.

              And Geography isn't apart of the US edumatation systems. Toronto is significantly further south than many, many, many US cities.
