Big Brother UK starts up again tonight

I have very little interest in the actual show but every year for the past few years there has been at least one sex tape to come out of the show so it is nearly a job requirement to watch the launch show and collect names for SE pages on the chance one of them is the sex tape person this year.

Ah, the things we do for a buck. Anybody else going to be suffering through the launch tonight?

yup...the UK version is a lot different than the American version in how big a hype it gets, etc. By the time they are announced tonight the papers will have every detail of their life on the front pages.

A list was posted on the channel 4 forum it lasted about 20 minutes before it was deleted.

Going from the list there is 1 ex lap dancer and escort that looks the best bet, domains have gone fast of her already

The Aussie one is crap this year. For me BB has lost its appeal. Have never seen the UK version so don't know how it would compare....

Was interested to see some clever webmaster was still cashing in on the hype. I found this guy via some nice google listings www.bigbrothernudity.com

Big Brother is insane in the UK for how much hype it gets. It is like the most important thing in the country once per year for 10 weeks straight, then everyone forgets about it. I think it's shite personally.

It is pretty shite but it makes us money so we go with the flow. The Celeb version is kind of fun when it doesn't cause international incidents.

I actually like the show (I know - totally gay). The Australia version is ok this year. I kinda watch it while I surf the laptop. I do like how they banned Nobbi from the house, and have made him sleep in that van. BB is so mean to the guests in AU and UK. I'll start downloading the UK series. I'll give it a week or two to see if I want to continue watching it or not. It's harder for me to understand the UK english then it is the AU english. Some of you UK'ers are mumble mouths. I couldn't understand over half of what Brian said last season. It must have been good since he won. lol I can't wait for the US version to start in July again. I like it the best because they pit the house guests against each other, so it's always got lots of drama.

It took a while a few years ago for some of the goodies to surface but if they are swingers perhaps their are tapes. 'The Mario and Lisa tape' must be out there..not that I actually want to see it..shudder
