AFF was not used by many acually I think I was one of the first.

Worked alot at another full time job so I didnt have much time to work on shit.

I never really thought about it until my second AFF check about 6 months apart.
I never have seen a check from any other sponsor!!!!
I was using some good ones too.
Extreme paychecks,Niched sites,Spookycash ect.
Can anyone out there tell me what they think may have caused this?

By the way I hear alot of stuff about AFF but would like to personally thank them for the check last july 2

Do you really think anyone from AFF will touch this thread with a 10 foot pole? You will get the blank stare.

I use to report sites to AFF. The answer would be "we will get our legal people to look into that". Apparently, the legal people feel that without a signed copyright violation complaint, everything is fine and dandy.

They didn't become one of the biggest online adult companies by having actual morals or doing the right thing. They got rich by ruthlessly promoting their products, even if they have to do it over the backs and up the asses of their competition.

It is one of the reasons I am working on a toolbar product (Vista compatible!) to get on the gravy train... because having morals is a major drawback to fucking people over and making money.

AFF have one of the most extensive advertising programs on the internet. A key feature of their online advertising system is pictures of attractive women supposedly living local to the website user. This is achieved by IP-localisation software.

In fact, repeated observation makes it clear that the pictures and profile names alongside them are not matched, but rotate randomly. They also use culturally unlikely names for the supposed location of the women - e.g. no UK girl is likely to use the nickname 'fratchick', a 'britney' in Europe is unlikely to be 28 years old etc.

According to the user's location, racially unlikely galleries of women may also be presented. Paid-up members have made similar complaints about unlikely cultural references/nicknames of supposed contacts on the actual AFF website.

On the AFF website, some advertisers (usually female) use faked details to entice others, including fake photographs. Some of the photographs known to have been used include those of well-known porn stars and similar.

There is some controversy over the true ratios of male to female members, it is suspected that the number of active female real members is very low compared to the number of males.

It is suspected that AFF makes no real effort to deal with these problems, as it is in their interest not to do so - the website user has to purchase a membership before s/he finds out the true extent of these problems.

AFF has been frequently criticized as a popular target for phishing attempts and other online scams. I honestly don't get these password sites and why people fear them. The only ones who use them are kids who don't have credit cards and cheap wankers who would never join a site anyway. Some dude who just needs to bust a nut to whatever gets him off is not going to spend hours searching through torrents or password sites to find his flavor of porn. He is going to take out his cc and spend the $1 a day to get what he likes when he wants it.
